Every rental includes a properly fitted helmet, a keyed lock/chain lock, a battery charger (for overnight rentals), and a quick orientation from our staff. Lights, a pump, and a tool kit are also available. All e-bikes run Bosch drive systems and are provided to you fully charged.

• 48+ hours before rental: Full refund, no questions asked.
• 24–48 hours before rental: 50% refund or full store credit.
• Under 24 hours: No refund, but we’ll reschedule once at no charge.

Renters must be 18 years or older to sign a rental agreement. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who signs on their behalf.

Our adult e-bikes fit riders between 5’0″ and 6’6″, with a maximum weight of 275 lbs (cargo bikes rated to 350 lbs). Share your height when booking and we’ll have the right fit ready at pickup.

A security deposit is placed on your card at pickup — fully released when the bike is returned undamaged. In the event of theft, the Lessee is responsible for the full replacement value of the bicycle. Theft must be reported to the police and to Electric Avenue immediately.

Damage occurring during the rental period is the Lessee’s responsibility. Always use the provided lock and secure the bike to a fixed object whenever parked. If a bike is abandoned, a $400 retrieval fee applies.

• You must wear a helmet at all times while riding.

• The bicycle shall not be used for racing, stunts, or off-road use unless specifically designed for such purposes (e.g. the E-MTB).
• Do not operate the bicycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Return the bike to Electric Avenue Bikes, 2370 Victory Ave., Suite #175, Dallas, TX 75219. Abandonment results in a $400 retrieval fee.

Cycling is a hazardous activity that carries the risk of injury or death. By renting, you voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, or injury and hereby release and hold harmless Electric Avenue International, LLC and its members, managers, directors, officers, employees, and advisors from any and all liability for damage or injury to yourself or any person or property.

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID). Payment by credit or debit card is required — cash cannot be used for the security deposit.

The deposit is authorized at pickup (not charged) and automatically released within 2–3 business days after a clean return.

Book online above — select your bike, choose a duration, and add to cart. You’ll receive a booking confirmation with your WO number, reference number, and store address.

Arrive 15 minutes before your start time for bike fitting and orientation. Bring your photo ID and the card used for the reservation.

Return to Electric Avenue Bikes, 2370 Victory Ave., Suite #175, Dallas, TX 75219 — the same location you picked up from. We allow a 15-minute grace period past your end time; beyond that, the next rental increment is charged.

Store hours are Tues–Thurs 12–7pm, Fri–Sat 12–6pm (Dallas). If you need extra time, call us before your rental ends and we’ll extend if bikes are available.

Extensions are subject to availability — call us early on the day of your rental and we’ll do our best. Extensions are billed at the same per-period rate.

Returning early? No partial refunds, but we credit 50% of unused time toward your next Electric Avenue rental as a goodwill courtesy.
