MSF Basic Rider Course

The Basic Rider Course is required by the state of Texas to get your M endorsement. Electric Avenue is a DPS approved motorcycle license course located in central Austin, Texas. Our Basic Rider Course covers all of the classroom knowledge and real-world skills necessary for maximum safety and enjoyment of scootering and motorcycling. In our BRC, the student earns a certificate towards their M class license in Texas and many other states. Have fun, and ride safer!
